We meet you where you're at, offering compassionate education that breaks down diet culture myths. In our supportive, judgment-free space, you can breathe, reflect, and process your emotions openly. As your trusted guide, we help you navigate the overwhelming sea of nutrition information with clarity, empowering you to build confidence and make meaningful changes that align with your long-term health goals.
Between social media, Google searches, friends, and strategic marketing, the flood of nutrition advice can feel overwhelming. Many people use food and diet changes as a way to control their environment or distract from their emotions. The fear of losing control over your health without rigid diet rules can keep you from the sense of peace and normalcy you truly desire.
If you could have anything in the world it would be a magic pill to make everything better and to give you all your nourishment. We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but unfortunately recovery from an eating disorder doesn't work that way. Engaging a dietitian is a vital component of your recovery team. Our unique approach integrates therapeutic skills, meeting each person where they are in their journey. By incorporating evidence-based practices such as Intuitive Eating (IE), Health at Every Size (HAES), and mindful eating, our dietitians provides guidance through a non-diet, weight-inclusive framework to support you on your path to lasting recovery.
Navigating nutrition can be confusing, but it doesn't have to be this complicated. We are here to help you move beyond restrictive diets and adopt sustainable, health-promoting habits through a weight-inclusive lens. Our approach empowers you to nourish your body effectively and gain a deeper understanding of what true health means, independent of diet culture.

I’m the ultimate foodie – my passion for food has seamlessly become both a personal and professional adventure, and I couldn’t love it more! I'm all about food over supplements, always hunting down the latest restaurant or café, yet just as happy cooking at home and experimenting with new recipes. I know that not every home-cooked meal will be your favorite, but there’s value in eating it anyway – a philosophy I embrace.
Oh, and I’m a matcha-obsessed girlie who adores her dog, Pepper. When working with me, expect a direct yet compassionate approach. I’ll challenge you in different ways to help you build a joyful, satisfying relationship with food. Everyone deserves a life that includes feeling your best and a love for food, and I’m here to help with that!

I’m passionate about food, but I totally get how confusing and overwhelming nutrition can feel. My own relationship with food hasn’t always been smooth, but through the highs and lows, I’ve found a place where I truly enjoy it. Whether I’m experimenting in the kitchen with my favorite playlist on, sipping a hot latte (no matter the season), or unwinding with reality TV and a bowl of chocolate ice cream, food is now a source of joy for me—and I want to help you feel the same.
My approach is all about embracing food as something fun, satisfying, and guilt-free. I’m here to listen, meet you where you are, and guide you toward a more peaceful, confident relationship with food. Together, we’ll focus on nourishing your body without restrictive rules or diets. Think of this as a fresh start—a celebration of food, freedom, and feeling good in every bite!
