If you could have anything in the world it would be a magic pill to make everything better and to give you all your nourishment. We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but unfortunately recovery from an eating disorder doesn't work that way. Engaging a dietitian is a vital component of your recovery team. Our unique approach integrates therapeutic skills, meeting each person where they are in their journey. By incorporating evidence-based practices such as Intuitive Eating (IE), Health at Every Size (HAES), and mindful eating, our dietitians provides guidance through a non-diet, weight-inclusive framework to support you on your path to lasting recovery.

I’m the ultimate foodie – my passion for food has seamlessly become both a personal and professional adventure, and I couldn’t love it more! I'm all about food over supplements, always hunting down the latest restaurant or café, yet just as happy cooking at home and experimenting with new recipes. I know that not every home-cooked meal will be your favorite, but there’s value in eating it anyway – a philosophy I embrace.

Oh, and I’m a matcha-obsessed girlie who adores her dog, Pepper. When working with me, expect a direct yet compassionate approach. I’ll challenge you in different ways to help you build a joyful, satisfying relationship with food. Everyone deserves a life that includes feeling your best and a love for food, and I’m here to help with that!

I’m passionate about food, but I totally get how confusing and overwhelming nutrition can feel. My own relationship with food hasn’t always been smooth, but through the highs and lows, I’ve found a place where I truly enjoy it. Whether I’m experimenting in the kitchen with my favorite playlist on, sipping a hot latte (no matter the season), or unwinding with reality TV and a bowl of chocolate ice cream, food is now a source of joy for me—and I want to help you feel the same.

My approach is all about embracing food as something fun, satisfying, and guilt-free. I’m here to listen, meet you where you are, and guide you toward a more peaceful, confident relationship with food. Together, we’ll focus on nourishing your body without restrictive rules or diets. Think of this as a fresh start—a celebration of food, freedom, and feeling good in every bite!

you may have questions...

We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (Choice PPO + PPO plans). Coverage for nutrition counseling varies by plan, so please verify your specific insurance benefits before scheduling your initial assessment. Please use this resource to check your insurance benefits/coverage. If you have insurance coverage through another insurance, please check your out-of-network benefits/coverage. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to the insurance provider for reimbursement after the session.

Do you take insurance?

During our initial 60-minute session, we will take the time to thoroughly understand your personal history, lifestyle, dietary habits, and more. Together, we will explore your overall goals and assess whether this partnership is the right fit. Based on this discussion, we will develop a personalized action plan designed to support you in adopting a healthier lifestyle.

What should I expect when working with you?

Registered Dietitians (RDs) are skilled in dietetics. They require extensive education and supervised experience before sitting for a national registration exam. Continuing education is required to maintain RD credentialing. The term 'Nutritionist' can be applied to anyone who offers general nutrition advice and are not dietitians.

What is the difference between a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist?

Cancellations and re-scheduling of sessions should take place at least 48 hours (business days) prior to the scheduled time. If the cancel/reschedule is less than 48 hours (business days), you will be responsible for the entire session fee. If no response is provided around availability for rescheduling session times within the business day of cancellation, it will be considered a failure to show. Failure to show to a scheduled appointment will result in a charge for a full session fee. Additionally, arrival to the scheduled session 10 minutes or later than the planned start time will be considered a failure to show.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can reach the client portal here! Through the Simple Practice platform, you may request a new session, reschedule an existing appointment, or obtain further information about the practice. Please note that our cancellation policy remains in effect for rescheduled appointments made with less than 48 business hours' notice.
